Adapted from a recipe, 1997. People go crazy for these. You can prepare these ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate till baking time.
Gently remove and dice stems. Spray a 10-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Dip mushroom caps in lemon juice and place them snugly, stem side up, in the dish. Saute stems and garlic in the olive oil, till the garlic turns golden. Add remaining ingredients and remove from heat. Spoon sauteed mixture into caps. Bake uncovered at 400? for 15-20 minutes and serve.
