Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Wash 12 mushrooms (white / portabello).
pull stems, chop stems.
In pan add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add chopped mushroom stems. Saute.
Add 1 tablespoon garlic, 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. cayane pepper.
Add stuffing to mushrooms, top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes.
