Pappadew is a piquante pepper grown in South Africa. It is a sweet pepper with little to no spice and is usually in oil and vinegar. It can be found at those olive stations in your local super market.
Take the goat cheese and mix thoroughly with the chopped basil. The pappadew should already come with the tops open. Simply take the basil and goat cheese mixture and stuff it inside the pepper with a small spoon or, if you have one, an icing bag with a larger tip can be used. Refrigerate and enjoy!
