Easy, delicious casserole. You can make it ahead as well. This is based on the absolute easiest way to make it. You could use fresh instead of frozen, dry beans instead of canned, and fresh cooked rice instead of pre-cooked, but if you don't have time, this is perfect. And it's really good!
Layer in bottom of 9x9 cake pan, rice, peppers, black beans, spaghetti sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
