Suggest a better description* Note 1: Use small Cubanelles or green Anaheims. * Note 2: See the Korean "Sesame Salt" recipe which is included in this collection. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Mix the beef with the soy sauce, scallion, garlic, sesame salt, pepper, optional MSG and sesame oil. Stuff each of the pepper halves with the beef mixture. Dip the stuffed peppers into the flour and into the beaten egg. Fry until golden in a lightly oiled pan. Serve either hot or cold. Comments: This only looks complicated. Its really quite simple and astoundingly delicious.
