Cook rice according to instructions. Cut off tops of peppers. Take out seeds and rinse out peppers Boil for 5 minutes. Drain and place in pan. Brown ground turkey, and drain. Cut onions and garlic. Mix ground turkey onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, tomato paste & tomato sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce. Mix in rice. Stuff peppers and bake on 375° for 25-30 minutes.
