Cut off tops of peppers and clean the insides. Combine next 5 ingredients with 1 can tomatoe sauce. Stuff peppers with the mixture. Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spram. Stand peppers in crock pot. Pour remaining tomatoe sauce over peppers. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low.
