Suggest a better descriptionCombine ground turkey and cooked brown rice. Add ground onion, 1/2 a jar tomato paste, salt and pepper. Mix by hand. Stuff mixture into peppers. Boil water in a tea pot. Put peppers in a large pot and pour boiled water over them until all peppers are covered. Add 3 bay leaves and remaining tomato paste to the water. Salt and pepper water to taste. Cook covered for 45 - 60 minutes.
