Drizzle vinaigrette over both sides of mushrooms.
Grill caps, turning every 2 minutes.
Mix crabmeat and peppers, add 1/2 cup of vinaigrette and toss.
Put some salad on the plate, lay mushroom caps on plate.
Scoop crab mixture on top of cap.
Variation: in oven at 375
Mix crab with pepper, mayonnaise, egg ,worcestershire,some breadcrumbs
Top stuffing with Parmesan.
Bake for 15 minutes
