Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Whisk eggs, mayonnaise, milk, flour, Tabasco, and all spices together well.
Add chopped veggies, seafood, and cheese. Mix well.
Grease a glass deep pie dish with coconut oil.
Pour in mixture and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 1 hour. Allow to sit for 10 minutes after removing from oven to set dish.
