2 lb. Cottage Cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs (beaten)
½ tsp. Parsley
3 Garlic cloves (pressed)
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt
Pepper
1 Box Spinach (frozen, cooked and drained)
1 Jar Spaghetti sauce
1 Box Shells (boiled and drained)
Place in a 9x13” pan and cover with Spaghetti sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Check every so often so sauce does not become to watery.
