Thanksgiving stuffing
Add bread cubes to bowls (sprinkle with spice mix if included)
Brown sausage (if using), with turkey neck; remove from skillet (leaving fat)
Melt 1 cube of butter in stock
Add Trinity aromatics, soften ~5 minutes
Add mushrooms and add 2nd cube of butter
While veggies are cooking warm stock in microwave.
Add veggies and juices to bread cubes, stir
Add stock to bread cubes, stir
If cubes are still "dry" add water until desired consistency is reached
Stir in Sausage (if using)
Mix in eggs
For stuffing not included in turkey, add to casserole dishes
Bake @375 for 45-60 minutes
