1. Cook sausage. Without draining fat, add onion and celery and saute until clear.
2. Add parsley.
3. Add butter and heat until melted.
4. Cube bread and add to large bowl.
5. Mash soup noodles with fork. Add to bread, stir in eggs. Stir in sausage/vegetable mixture.
6. Sprinkle in seasonings and continue to stir.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
