Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in pan and toss in apples over medium low heat. Cook 2 minutes then set aside. Add oil, rosemary, and sausage and cook until brown. Add onions and cook 10 min. Scrape into bowl and add apples and cornbread toss to combine (also add additional items). Whisk egg cream and stock and pour over cornbread. Stir, season with salt and pepper and bake at 375 for 40 minutes
