Suggest a better descriptionDate: Wed, 1 May 1996 10:47:12 -0400 From: SuEllingsn@aol.com To roast onions, cook whole onions in microwave 3 to 4 min., until soft. Peel and slice. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Chop tomatoes coarsely. Simmer 30 min. Makes 4 cups, enough for two large pizzas. We often make pizzas with a loaf of French bread sliced lengthwise. Top with sauce, mushrooms, peppers, broccoli (nuke peppers and broccoli a bit first), and non-fat cheese. Quite yummy. FATFREE DIGEST V96 #121 From the Fatfree Vegetarian recipe list.
