Crisp sugar coated pecans - good for snacks
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Add pecans stir until evenly coated.
Spread pecans in a greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 275° for 50 to 55 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes and again and again at 40 minutes. Remove to waxed paper while still warm; cool. Store in an airtight container.
