Christmas cookies
Cream butter and sugar. Mix well. Add egg and mix well. Add baking powder, salt and flour in a separate bowl. Add to the first mixture slowly. Mix well.. Add milk and vanilla. Dough will be pasty.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Flour your surface. It will take quite a bit of flour. Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
Bake at 350 for ten minutes
Icing is three tablespoons of melted butter add powdered sugar and a little milk
