From Aunt Debbie
Cream sugars, oil and butter; add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Combine with creamed ingredients. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls, flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 7-10 minutes. Don’t overbake
Notes: This makes a large batch, I usually cut it in half to make 2 dozen cookies. Also, you can use half wheat flour for a 'healthier' version!
