Banana bread made with Splenda
Combine all dry ingredients until well blended. Add the rest of ingredients and blend well. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
This is the original recipe but I usually double. I also used more bananas, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla than the recipe calls for.
Makes 3-4 average size loaf pans.
