Spread almonds in a shallow pan. Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 325 roast approx 15 min. Stirring occasionally.
Over med heat, in med sauce pan heat honey & butter to boiling. Reduce heat to med-low and simmer 2 min. Stirring occasionally.
Add almonds, simmer and stir 2 min.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer almonds to baking sheet sprayed w/pam. Cool slightly.
Toss almonds w/sugar to coat. Can use pecans, cashews, etc.
