In a medium saucepan, heat brown sugar, margarine, salt, vanilla, and cola; bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Arrange potatoes in an ungreased 13" X 9" baking dish. Pour brown sugar mixture over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are crisp.
