Honey Grilled Chicken
1. Mix Soy sauce, Brown sugar, and Ginger to lager mixing bowl and marinate Chicken breast in mixture for at least 15 minutes (longer is better)
2. Remove Chicken from marinate and cook on grill for 3-5 minutes on each side of breast. ( Keep marinate )
3. Add Crushed red peppers, honey, and 2 cups water to marinate in a deep sauce pan and bring to boil.
4. After sauce comes to a boil add Corn starch and water mixture and reduce heat to low.
5. Cut Chicken into cubes and add to sauce and cook on low until thickened.
