Tomato, cucumber and onion salad with sumac seasoning
Combine tomato, cucumber, onion and parsley in a mixing bowl. Add half of the sumac - 1/8 cup +/- - more if desired
Toss well.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, molasses and remaining half of sumac - the other 1/8 cup +/-.
Pour desired amount of dressing over salad and mix well.
