Suman from the tv show Umagang kay Ganda. Basic technique using rice cooker
1. Combine coconut milk and brown sugar in a pot until sugar is dissolved.
2. Place sweet glutinous rice in a rice cooker and put water and coconut milk and sugar mixture. Make sure the liquid reaches the 1 cup mark in the rice cooker.
3. Once rice is cooked, scoop 2 tbsp of the cooked rice, flatten and place a tsp of ube and leche flan on top of the rice.
4. Wrap in banana leaves and seal with toothpicks.
