Suggest a better descriptionPlace 4 trifle sponges in the base of a 1 kg (2lb) loaf tin lined with foil. Spread over the raspberries together with a little fruit juice. Cover with 4 more trifle sponges. Spread over the strawberries together with a little fruit juice. Cover with remaining 4 trifle sponges. Spread over the blackcurrants and blackberries with a little fruit juice. Cover with foil and place a weight over the rop. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Turn out and serve with cream. NOTES : A quick & easy chilled loaf with the convenience of using tinned fruit.
