In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and honey until blended; set aside. Combine the cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapes and strawberries in a large bowl. Cover the yogurt dressing and the fruit separately and chill until you're ready to serve them, up to 6 hours. Serve the fruit in bowls, about 3/4 cup per serving and top with 2-3 tablespoons of the yogurt dressing.
