Prep ingredients. Grate carrots. Chop lettuce. Cook noodles, put in cold water, drain and dry with paper towel.
Put a small pan with hot water.
Place the rice paper in the pan, take care not to let it fold. Keep touching it to see when it softens (after 20 seconds). Then remove and lay it carefully to a flat surface.
Add ingredients (lettuce, carrots, 3 prawns, noodles, sweet chilli and siriacha).
Fold once to wrap ingredients then fold in the ends and continue wrapping to make a small package
