Suggest a better description1. Bring water and sugar to a boil, then cool.
2. Place tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 10 minutes.
3. When sugar mixture is cool, add tea and juices.
4. Add Vodka and stir well.
5. Freeze in covered dish for 12 hours. Stir good a couple of times. Put back in freezer.
6. To serve: Use 1/2 glass slush and 1/2 glass 7-Up®.
