Fresh tomatoes with your favorite vegetables
Quarter tomatoes, saute onions until soft. Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and red pepper. Simmer covered until tomatoes "cook down".
Boil water and cook linguine and broccoli together. Add pasta to tomatoes and cook 1 min more.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
Optional: Add asparagus and crab meat, shrimp
Save the water from pasta. If there is not enough liquid from tomatoes, pour 1/2 pasta water in.
