Yummy vegan Alfredo that can be easy altered to what you have in the fridge
In a fry pan toast pine nuts with teaspoon of the olive oil, then put nuts aside
Cook onions with garlic in olive oil in frypan
Stir in cheese powder 1/4 at a time alternating with 1/4 white wine making smooth paste
Add silken tofu and sour cream, mix well
Finnish by adding all remaining ingredients in including pine nuts and heat through
Serve with cooked pasta
The base is the onion, garlic and tofu, anything really can be added to this depending on your tastes :-)
