Sandwich bread that's tasty, healthy, and foolproof! (Serious, I've made it twice and it worked both times!)

In a large bowl, combine the groats and boiling water. Let me mixture cool slightly. Add the honey, sugar, salt, sunflower seeds, rolled oats and instant oats. After checking the temperature, mix in the eggs followed by the yeast. Add the flour and mix by hand. Knead for five minutes or until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease the dough. Cover with silicone and place in the cold over to rise for 90 minutes or until doubled.
Remove the dough from the bowl and shape into a loaf. Place in well-buttered loaf pan and let rise 45-60 minutes, or until it rises above the sides of the pan.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
This is an incredibly forgiving recipe! Highly recommended for beginners. Keep an eye on it during rising. Mine usually takes about 30 minutes to double.
