Suggest a better descriptionBlend all ingredients in food processor until well mixed. Start with?1/4 cup water and add more if necessary to blend evenly. Spread 2 cups of batter onto each dehydrator tray lined with a teflex sheet with an off-set spatula (the kind used for cake decorating). Score into desired shapes with the edge of the spatula. Dehydrate at 115° for approximately 4-5 hours or until dry enough to turn out on screen. Remove teflex sheet and continue dehydrating for another 12 hours or until desired texture is reached.
This can be dehydrated for a longer time and eaten as a cracker, or removed from the dehydrator while still pliable to use as flatbread for sandwiches.
Store crackers in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months. Store softer flat bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month, or freeze for a couple of months.
