1. Place the grated cabbage, grated carrots and raisins in a large bowl and set aside.
2. Save the parsley, paprika and tablespoon of sunflower seeds to use as a garnish.
3. Blend all of the other ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy.
4. Stir the blended mixture into the cabbage, carrots and raisins until thoroughly mixed.
5. Garnish with a sprinkling of paprika, chopped parsley, and a tablespoon of sunflower seeds
6. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow the cabbage and carrots to soften, and the flavors to mingle.
