I know it sounds weird to combine pineapple, flour, butter and cheese, but this tastes really good!
Prepare Jello with water, stir in drained pineapple, pour into 9" x 13" pan.. Cover with miniature marshmallows. Place in refrigerator to cool. Once cooled, spread topping over marshmallows. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. ** TOPPING ** Melt butter in saucepan, add flour for a rue and cook well over medium high heat. Slowly add pineapple juice, pour in sugar and whisk until mixture thickens. Put in the refrigerator to cool. Once the JELL-O mixture has set up, mix the topping mixture with a small tub of Cool Whip.
