Suggest a better description1. Melt a bit more than 55g of regular butter and measure it into metal bowl.
2. Melt the sass butter and measure out 165g into the metal bowl.
3. Measure out 240g of water in cup and pour into metal bowl.
4. Crack eggs in seperate bowl to prevent shells in batter. Mix and then add to metal bowl.
5. Have the brownie mix in large mixing bowl (separate from wet ingredients).
6. Mix all wet ingredients.
7. Pour 1/3 wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix on low for a few seconds.
8. Continue to pour in 1/3 of wet ingredients and mix very lightly with mixer till wet ingredients and dry ingredients are mixed (not well mixed).
9. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit (our oven is at that degree with the dial on 300 degrees).
10. Put parchment paper on baking sheet. Place extender over parchment paper and smooth it flat.
11. Spray coconut oil spray on extender and parchment paper.
12. Smooth brownie batter into baking sheet with extender and parchment paper in it.
13. Bake the brownie for 5 mins, take it out and shake it to have it become more even.
14. If you are making any coconut topping brownies, measure the long side of the brownie 2" at a time, depending on how many brownies you want to have coconut topping. Place the large cutting knife where you measured from. This will act as a guide. Sprinkle coconut shreddings on the side of the knife you want to have coconut.
15. Place brownie back in oven and set alarm clock for 45 mins.
16. Turn the baking sheet halfway through baking and let it bake the rest of the duration.
