3 - Combine ingredients in bread machine per your manufacturer's instructions. Typically moist ingredients first but make sure you save the water with the yeast until the end.
4 - Cook time is for the basic/white cycle (medium crust; 1½ lb loaf) using a Breadman Ultimate Plus bread machine; your machine may differ.
