Suggest a better descriptionIn large skillet, combine frozen vegetables with pasta, hot dogs and water; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 3 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spoon vegetables with pasta mixture onto serving platter; top with salsa.
