A very quick and very easy way to make a modified beef stroganoff. Does not use sour cream.
Put water on to boil for the noodles. Brown the ground beef. Drain the beef and set aside. When the water begins to boil, add your noodles and cook until done.
In the same pan you cooked the beef, add the onion soup mix and flour. Whisk the ingredients as you add the water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer and thicken as your noodles cook. Add more water as needed if your mix gets too thick. Add the ground beef back into the gravy mixture.
Drain noodles. Add to the gravy/beef mixture and stir. Serve hot.
