Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9" x 13" x 2" baking pan.
Beat margarine and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in raisins and chocolate chips.
Press into baking pan and bake for 28 - 33 minutes.
(Can be dropped onto a cookie sheet if desired.)
