Suggest a better descriptionMix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the vinegar to the Milk and let it sit while you add the rest of the ingredients.
Add the Eggs and butter.
Stir the Milk and vinegar mix and add it to the other ingredient slowly stirring in between until the mix is smooth with no lumps.
Stir in the rest of the milk mixture with the whisk.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes, while preparing the cooking hot plate. Stir again before making your pancakes.
Heat Hot plate surface to a Moderately hot temperature and either brush with oil or butter (or use spray oil)
I have a pancake machine and I use a 1/3 of a cup measure to pour out pancake mix.
Once bubbles form on the surface turn pancakes over and cook through until brown on the outside.
Serve with your favorite pancake topping
