1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Mix ingredients with wooden spoon, but do so gently and carefully so as to leave the batter rough, not too smooth.
3. Prepare iron muffin pan by spraying with Pam, then dusting with flour and shaking out the excess.
4. Add batter to about 1/2 level in pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes; then reduce the heat to 350 and bake for 20 minutes more. DO NOT PEEK WHILE BAKING!!
6. Serve immediately!
