2) 8x8 or 9 inch pie pan
3) Mix all batter ingredients and set aside. Slice apples and put into pan. Spread sugar and cinnamon over top. Pour batter to cover apples and bake for 40 minutes.
4) Apples should be knife tender and crust golden. Top will be crusty insides soft.
