Suggest a better descriptionCombine eggs milk, bread crumbs and seasonings and set aside. Saute onion and butter; add to egg mixture. Add beef and ground pork; mix well. Cover and refrigerated for one hour. Shape meat into 1 1/2 inch balls, and place on a jelly roll pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 - 24 minutes. Place in a 3 quart casserole.
For Sauce: melt butter, and stir in flour to form a paste. Gradually stir in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in half and half, dill, salt and pepper. Pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Use small scoop to shape meatballs.
