These are good.
Melt butter in large frying pan. Add green pepper, onion and cook til tender. Stir in soup and water. Heat to boiling, then turn down heat. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and shape into balls. Drop balls into simmering sauce and cook slowly about 1 hour or til sauce has cooked down enough to be thickened. Skim off fat. Serves 6
