This is from a cookbook from my dad's first parish in rural Minnesota, it was from woman was in her 80's at the time, so it is a very old recipe.
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Brown on all sides. Mix cream of mushroom soup with a can of water (not quite the whole can). Pour onto meatballs and simmer for about 20 minutes. When done, add 1 cup of sour cream
