Whisk eggs until well beaten.
Stir in milk, water, sugar, & salt; whisking constantly
Whisk in flour slowly, until smooth.
Heat up butter on a large griddle or frying pan.
Pour batter into pan, spreading thinly over the surface.
Flip once half way through.
Serve with: Butter, Maple Syrup, or Lingon Berries.
