Boil potatoes, then mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and half the cheese. Beat until light and fluffy. Add milk if it's too thick. Turn into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand ten minutes before serving.
