Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large skillet, brown pork chops, on both sides. Remove from pan, reserving fat, and arrange chops in a shallow baking dish.
Core apples and cut into thick rings. Place on top of pork chops
Add flour to fat in skillet, stirring until browned
Combine molasses and water, add to mixture in skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add vinegar and rasins, stirring to blend.
Pour sauce over pork chops and apples.
Cover and bake 1 hour
Garnish when serving w/ cherries.
