Dice and brown bacon til half cooked.
Add sausage, onion and bell pepper.
Cook til meat is done.
Add 1/2 can pork 'n' beans.
Puree the other half.
Add milk, cheese, sliced hot dogs, spices, and pureed mixture.
Simmer 45 minutes.
