Drain pineapple, reserve 1/4 cup juice
Stir together in small bowl, reserved juice, water 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch, an d garlic powder. Set aside
Combine with remaining 1 tablespoon corn starch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a medium bowl. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook until lightly browned. Add pepper and onion . Cook til just tender. Add reserved mixture; cook stirring 2-3 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in pineapple chunks and heat through. Serve over rice.
